What agencies need that brands don't

  • —A separate workspace per client, so brands, competitors and questions never mix.
  • —Client logins that show each client only their own brand.
  • —White-label reports with your agency's logo, not the vendor's.
  • —Pricing that scales by client instead of punishing you for adding one.
  • —Before/after numbers on the same questions every month — what renews a retainer.
  • —A clear next task per client, so account managers know what to deliver this week.

A quick way to compare cost per client

Work out what each client needs — usually 25–50 buyer questions — then divide the plan price by the number of clients it really covers at that size, and check what's included: how often answers are checked, which engines, and whether clients get their own login and branded reports. A cheap plan whose prompts are shared across all clients can cost more per client once each client has enough questions to be meaningful.

Questions to ask any vendor

  1. 1Can each client log in and see only their own brand?
  2. 2Can reports carry my agency's logo and no vendor branding?
  3. 3How many questions per client, checked how often, on which engines?
  4. 4Does share of voice leave out questions containing the client's brand name?
  5. 5Does the tool show which pages AI cited — so my team knows what to do next?
  6. 6Can I show a client what changed since we started?

Where Aurvikon fits

Aurvikon was built with agencies in mind: a workspace per client, client logins, white-label PDF reports, and a daily to-do list for each client built from the pages ChatGPT and Google's AI cite when they leave that client out, with before/after Results for renewals. It is newer than Profound or Semrush, and the Agency plan is priced for agencies running several clients rather than one. There is also an agency partner program for established SEO agencies.

Questions people also ask

Do agencies need a different GEO tool from brands?

Usually yes: client separation, client logins and white-label reports matter as much as the data itself.

How many questions should I track per client?

25–50 real buyer questions per client is a practical start; more for clients in several markets.

Can I resell a GEO tool under my agency's name?

Many agencies include it in their service and send white-label reports. Check each vendor's terms; Aurvikon has an agency partner program.
